When you sign up with Fresh Beats for your party, you will have access to two useful tools to help personalize it.
Planning Form
The planning form let’s you enter specific details about your party. For weddings, this includes the names of your bridesmaids and groomsmen for the introductions. You can also select the music for your special dances such as the Father Daughter Dance or the Bouquet Toss. You can return to the planning form at any time to change or add new information up until the day before your party.
Music Requests
Do you have a certain set of songs you really love? Perhaps some others are inside jokes with your friends. Then there’s a few you end up hearing at every wedding that you really don’t want played at yours. Using the music request system, you can place songs into three categories. Must Play songs will definitely get played at some point in the evening, Play If Possible are songs you enjoy but may not get played, while Do Not Play is reserved for the truly awful tunes. Using the Play If Possible selections, I can also play other songs that fit with the theme.
Logging In
For clients that have already signed a contract with Fresh Beats. Please use this link to access your event planning tools using the login I have already emailed to you. If you are not yet a customer, you can still demo the tools using the login date of January 1, 2013 with the password of test.
